Usage
Suitable for use in Neutralizing, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 5 ug/ml. Detects 100 ng of hIL-13. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections. Note: Further dilutions should be made in in medium or buffered solutions with a carrier protein such as 1% BSA.
