Specificity
Recognizes sheep interleukin-1 Beta and shows no cross-reactivity with sheep IL-6, IL-8, TNF alpha or MCP-1. The antibody may be used in combination with AHP423 in ELISA assays and demonstrates partial neutralizing activity. Species cross-reactivity: goat, bovine IL-1 Beta.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 1:10. Use 10 ul to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. Membrane permeabilization is required. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections.
