A peptide corresponding to amino acids near the C-Terminus of human IKK beta (Genbank accession NoO14920), which differs from corresponding murine sequence by one amino acid. The immunogen is located within aa 650-700 of IKK beta.

Usage
IKK beta antibody can be used for detection of IKK beta by Western blot at 0.5 ug/mL. A 87 kDa band should be detected. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 10 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 10 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: 87 kDa
