An 18 AA peptide near the C-Terminus of human ZNF821. The immunogen is located within aa 270-320 of ZNF821.
Specificity
ZNF821 antibody is human and mouse reactive. At least three isoforms of ZNF821 are known to exist; this antibody will detect the two largest isoforms.

Usage
ZNF821 antibody can be used for detection of ZNF821 by Western blot at 0.5 - 1 ug/ml. Antibody can also be used for Immunocytochemistry at 2.5 ug/mL. For Immunoflorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 41 kDa Observed: 38 kDa
