A synthetic peptide corresponding to 16 amino acids at the N-Terminus of human NOD2. The immunogen is located within the first 50 amino acids of NOD2.
Specificity
At least four isoforms of NOD2 are known to exist; this antibody will only detect the longest isoform. NOD2 has no cross-reaction with NOD1.

Usage
NOD2 antibody can be used for detection of NOD2 by Western blot at 1 to 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 10 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 114 kDa Observed: 100 kDa
