A 16 AA peptide near the C-Terminus of human IL-36B. The immunogen is located within the last 50 AA of IL-36B.
Specificity
IL-36B antibody is human specific. At least two isoforms of IL-36B are known to exist; this antibody will only detect the longer isoform. IL-36B antibody will not cross-react with IL-36A or IL-36G.

Usage
IL-36B antibody can be used for detection of IL-36B by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 18 kDa Observed: 17 kDa
