Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Immunogen
Human HLA- MHC Class I Free Chain
Specificity
Reacts with HLA complex in the absence of beta2 macroglobulin.
Usage
This A4 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of 3-day PHA-activated PBMC. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.5 ug per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
Presentation
PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% Sodium Azide
Storage
Store at 4°C, avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Restrictions
For research use only.
Guarantee
This antibody carries the LSBio 100% Guarantee.
