Description
DISP1 antibody LS-B7112 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to DISP1 (DISPA) from human. It is reactive with human and mouse. Validated for ELISA, IF, IHC and WB. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.

A 16 AA synthetic peptide near the N-Terminus of human DISP1. The immunogen is located within aa 20-70 of DISP1.
Specificity
At least two isoforms of DISP1 are known to exist; this antibody will detect both isoforms. DISP1 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with EMX1.

Usage
DISP1 antibody can be used for detection of DISP1 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 2.5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:
