Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000. Carboxypeptidase H precursor migrates at ~53kD while active enzyme migrates at ~48kD.Immunocytochemistry (AtT-20 Cell line): 1:100-1:500Immunoprecipitation: 1:250-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
