This antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1130-1143 of Human CAND2/TIP120B (C-terminal) coupled to KLH.

Reacts with human, rat and mouse CAND2/TIP120B. Cross reactivity does occur with human, rat and mouse CAND1/TIP120A. Cross reactivity with CAND2 from other sources is not known.

Immunohistochemistry: LS-B348 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B348 was determined to be 1:500.
