SODD antibody LS-B446 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to SODD (BAG4) from human. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat. Validated for ELISA, ICC, IF, IHC and WB. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.

Usage
SODD antibody can be used for detection of SODD by Western blot at 0.5 ug/mL. An approximately 60 kDa band can be detected. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: 60 kDa
