Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Immunogen
a 19 amino acid synthetic peptide near the N-terminus of human APBA1. The immunogen is located within amino acids 90 - 140 of APBA1.
Blocking Peptide
LS-E31294 - Liquid - 0.05 mg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-B7830. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Specificity
At least two alternatively spliced isoforms are known to exist; this antibody will detect both isoforms. This antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other APBA proteins.
Usage
APBA1 antibody can be used for detection of APBA1 by Western blot at 0.5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in rat samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 92 kDa Observed: 92 kDa
