Immunohistochemistry Services

Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

TCR Screening Services

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

IHCPlus™ ALDOA / Aldolase A Antibody Polyclonal ELISA,IF,IHC,IP,WB LS‑B1461

Catalog Number Size Price
LS-B1461-50 50 µg (10 mg/ml) $425
Anti-Aldolase antibody IHC of human kidney. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody concentration 5 ug/ml.
Anti-Aldolase antibody IHC of human breast. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody concentration 5 ug/ml.
Anti-Aldolase Antibody - Western Blot. IgG purified antibody to rabbit muscle aldolase was used at a 1:1000 dilution to detect human aldolase by Western blot. A whole cell lysate prepared from human derived A293 cells was loaded on a 4-12% Tris glycine gradient gel for SDS-PAGE. The gel was transferred to nitro-cellulose using standard techniques. Antibody reaction with the membrane occurred overnight at 4° C in TTBS supplemented with 2% non-fat dry milk. Color was allowed to develop using SuperSignal West Pico Chemiluminescent Substrate (PIERCE). Other detection methods will yield similar results. This antibody clearly detects a band at ~41 kD consistent with human aldolase.
Anti-Aldolase (Rabbit Muscle) was used at a 1:1000 dilution to detect human aldolase by Western blot. This antibody clearly detects a band at ~41 kDa consistent with human aldolase.
Anti-Aldolase antibody IHC of human kidney. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody concentration 5 ug/ml.
Anti-Aldolase antibody IHC of human breast. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody concentration 5 ug/ml.

Immunogen
Purified aldolase from rabbit muscle
Specificity
Aldolase [Rabbit Muscle].
Usage
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B1461 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B1461 was determined to be 5 ug/ml.
