- Western blot (0.1 - 0.3 µg/ml): Approx 100kDa band observed in Human Testis lysates and approx 125kDa in lysates of cell lines Daudi, HeLa and Jurkat (calculated MW of 93.0kDa according to NP_003174.3). Primary incubated for 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Mouse and Rat.
