Purified, NS0-derived, recombinant human insulin-like growth factor binding protein 5.

Recognizes human IGFBP5. Recognizes rhIGFBP-5 in direct ELISAs and western blots. In Direct ELISA and Western Blot. Shows approximately 25% cross-reactivity with rmIGFBP-5 and less than 5% cross-reactivity with rhIGFBP-1, rhIGFBP-2, rhIGFBP-3, rhIGFBP-4,

The detection limit for rhIGFBP-5 is approximately 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 15 ug/ml. Detects IGFBP-5 in cells and tissues. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human IGFBP-5. The detection limit for rhIGFBP-5 is approximately 0.2 ng/well.
