Recognizes human CD222, a 250kD transmembrane protein originally identified as the IGF II receptor. CD222 is ubiquitously expressed and is involved with internalization of a variety of ligands. CD222 is primarily expressed intracellularly with a small percentage of molecules being located at the cell surface (5-10%). Species cross-reactivity: Rhesus monkey.

Usage
Flow Cytometry: neat. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
