Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 45kD band observed in Mouse Brain lysates (calculated MW of 46.2kD according to Mouse NP_032334.2). Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/ml. Additional bands of 75 and 18kD of unknown identity were consistently observed. These bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
