Hsp90 isolated from Hepa1 cytosol (murine hepatoma cell line 1c1c7) as previously described.

Specificity

Recognizes purified human and bovine Hsp90 and will detect an ~90kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of Hsp90 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from human, monkey, mouse, rat, beluga, bovine, canine, chicken (weak), fish (carp), guinea pig, hamster, rabbit (weak), sheep and water mold. Detects both alpha and beta forms of Hsp90. This antibody can be used for immunoprecipitation of free and complexed Hsp90.
