Usage

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments showed an approx 55kDa band in Human Colon, Duodenum, Kidney and Liver lysates (calculated MW of 52.8kDa according to NP_000448.3). Recommended concentration:0.3-1µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Immunofluorescence: Expression of the protein seen in the nucleus of NIH3T3 cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.
