Specificity
Recognizes rat Heme Oxygenase (~32kD). Species cross-reactivity: human, mouse. Cross-reacts weakly with recombinant HO-2, but not with endogenous HO-2.

- Western blot (1 µg/ml)
Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot (Colorimetric): 1 ug/ml detects HO-1 in 20 ug of mouse liver microsomes as well as 50 ng of recombinant rat HO-1. Note: Microsomal preparations ore recommended for optimal detection of HO-1. Positive control: Recombinant Rat HO-1 (Hsp32) Protein.
