The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. HLA-DRB1 binds peptides derived from antigens that access the endocytic route of antigen presenting cells (APC) and presents them on the cell surface for recognition by the CD4 T-cells. [UniProt] Optimal dilution of the HLA-DRB1 antibody should be determined by the researcher. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
