Usage
Block: In a functional ELISA which immobilized Human HGF at 2ug/ml (100 µL/well) in the plate, the Mouse and Human Chimeric anti-Human Monoclonal Antibody can block the binding of 4 ug/ml of recombinant Human HGFR to human HGF, the EC50 is 0.75 ug/ml. Neutralization: The neutralization activity of HGF Neutralizing Antibody is Measured by its ability to neutralize autocrine HGF-induced proliferation in the U87 MG cell line. Proliferation of U87 MG cells elicited by autocrine HGF was inhibited by increasing concentrations of Human HGF Monoclonal Antibody. The IC50 is typically 1-4 ug/ml. Please Note: Optimal concentrations/dilutions should be determined by the end user.
