Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000. Western blot: Approx 55-60kDa band observed in nuclear lysates of cell line HEK293 (calculated MW of 55.3kDa according to NP_032255.2). Recommended concentration: 1-2 ug/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the nucleus of U251 cells. Recommended concentration: 10 ug/ml. Flow Cytometry: Flow cytometric analysis of HeLa cells. Recommended concentration: 10 ug/ml.
