Description
GPR151 is an orphan GPCR within the rhodopsin-like family of GPCRs. It has a restricted pattern of neuronal expression within the habenula, dorsal horn of the spinal cord and dorsal root ganglion. GPR151 has been implicated in addiction responses in mice.
