Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and ELISA. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rhGlypican 6 is ~10 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml The detection limit for rhGlypican 6 is. ~7 ng/well. Flow Cytometry: 0.2 mg/ml. Add 10 ul to 2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul.
