Purified mouse IgG. Nonspecific binding was reduced by adsorbtion to human serum proteins.

Goat anti-Mouse/FITC is reactive with Mouse Ig subclasses: G1, G2a, G2b, G3. It also reacts well with IgM antibodies. Reagent does not bind significantly to any human cells or cell lines tested.

When used as a second step reagent in Flow cytometry, optimal resolution between signal and background with Ancell Mouse anti-Human antibodies was obtained using 50 ^l of a 1:60 dilution of product to stain 5 x 105 cells. Cells types tested: Ficolled human peripheral blood lymphocytes, CEM, HPB-MLT, Nalm-6, Jurkat, U-937, Molt-4, Raji, Daudi and KG-1 (Some cells were pre-blocked with human IgG to prevent non specific binding). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

10 mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.5, 150 mM sodium chloride, 1.0% BSA, 1% glycerol, 0.1% sodium azide.

Store at 4°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles and prolonged exposure to light.
