Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Hamster IgG and Hamster Serum. No reaction was observed against Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rabbit, Rat and Sheep Serum Proteins.

Usage
Immunoblotting, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lot consistency. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
