Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Goat Serum, Rat IgG, Rat IgG F(c) and Rat Serum. No reaction was observed against Rat IgG F (ab')2.

Usage
Suitable for immunomicroscopy and Flow Cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
