Specificity
Recognizes rat IgG F(c) fragment. Does not cross-react with rat IgG F (ab')2. Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-alkaline phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-goat serum, rat IgG, rat IgG F(c) and rat serum.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:1000-1:5000. assayed against 1 ug of rat IgG in a standard capture ELISA using p-nitrophenyl phosphate (pNPP) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
TBS, 1 mM magnesium chloride, 0.1 mM zinc chloride, pH 8.0, 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG, protease free), 0.01% sodium azide, 50% glycerol.
Storage
Store at 4°C. Do not freeze.
