Specificity
Recognizes rat IgA, alpha chain. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at < 1% cross-reactivity against other rat heavy or light chain isotypes. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-goat serum, rat IgA and rat serum.

The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
