Immunohistochemistry Services

Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

TCR Screening Services

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specifications

Description
Rabbit IgG antibody LS-C154373 is an RPE-conjugated goat polyclonal antibody. Validated for Flow and IF.
Host
Goat
Reactivity
Rabbit (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Clonality
IgG Polyclonal
Conjugations
R. Phycoerythrin
Purification
Immunoaffinity purified
Modifications
Fab'2
Applications
  • Immunofluorescence (1:100 - 1:250)
  • Flow Cytometry
Immunogen
Rabbit IgG whole molecule
Specificity
Coupling to R-PE was followed by size exclusion chromatography to purify conjugate from unreacted R-PE and antibody. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Phycoerythrin, anti-Goat Serum, Rabbit IgG and Rabbit Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c) or Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rat and Sheep Serum Proteins.
Usage
Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. The maximum amount of reagent required to stain 1 x 10E6 cells in flow cytometry is approximately 1.0 ug of antibody conjugate. Lesser amounts of reagent may be sufficient for staining. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher. As a general guideline dilutions of 1:100 to 1:250 should be suitable for most applications.
Presentation
0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Sodium Azide, 10mg/ml BSA (immunoglobulin and protease free)
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in deionized water
Storage
Store at 4°C undiluted. Do not freeze after reconstitution and store in the dark.
