Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgM, and Mouse Serum. Some light chain cross reactivity with Mouse IgG may occur.

- Flow Cytometry (1:500 - 1:2500)

Usage
This product is designed for immunofluorescence microscopy and fluorescence based plate assays (FLISA). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 2 mL of deionized water.
Storage
