Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Flow Cytometry, ELISA (applications tested for the base form of this product only)
Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
(applications tested for the base form of this product only)
Specificity and Use
Recognizes mouse IgG2c, otherwise known as the Igh 1b allele of IgG2a. By ELISA and immunoelectrophoresis this Reacts with IgG2c in C57BL/6, SJL, C57BL/10, CB20, C57BL/6 by Balb/C crosses and pools of serum of outbred mice and does not react with L-chains or other IgG subclasses.
The applications listed have been tested for the base form of this product. Alternate forms, such as conjugated, azide-free, or ready-to-use, have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request.
PBS, 0.09% sodium azide, 0.2% BSA.
Short term store at 4°C. Long term, aliquot into single use aliquots and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles and prolonged exposure to light. Store undiluted.
