Specificity
Recognizes Mouse IgG F(c) fragment. Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-goat serum, mouse IgG, Mouse IgG F(c) and mouse serum. Species cross-reactivity: Does not cross-react with anti-pepsin, anti-goat IgG F(c), mouse IgG F (ab')2 or bovine, equine and human serum proteins.
