Specificity
Recognizes Mouse IgG F (ab')2. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-phycoerythrin, anti-goat serum, mouse IgG, mouse IgG F (ab')2 and mouse serum. Does not cross-react with anti-pepsin, anti-goat IgG F(c), mouse IgG F(c) or bovine, equine or human serum proteins.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Immunomicroscopy. Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:200 (~1 ug will stain 1x1E6 cells). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Storage
May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for up to 1 year at 4°C. Freezing will result in loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
