Anti-Monkey IgG (gamma chain) was produced by repeated immunization with monkey IgG gamma heavy chain in goat.
Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Monkey IgG and Monkey Serum. No reaction was observed against Monkey IgA or Monkey IgM.

Usage
Immunoblotting, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, and immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates and requiring lot-to-lot consistency. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 1 mL of deionized water.
