Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Monkey IgA and Monkey Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other Monkey heavy or light chain isotypes.

- Fluorophore-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (1:10000 - 1:50000)
Usage
Suitable for immunomicroscopy or ELISA. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 1 mL of deionized water.
