Human IgM mu heavy chain.
Specificity
Recognizes human IgM mu chain. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-goat serum, human IgM and human serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross-reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.

Usage
Suitable for Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:10000-1:50000. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
