Specificity
Recognizes Human IgG F(c) fragment. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-goat serum, human IgG, human IgG F(c) and human serum. No reaction was observed against anti-pepsin, anti-goat IgG F(c), human IgG F (ab')2 or bovine, equine, mouse, rabbit, rat and sheep serum proteins.

Usage
Suitable for use in Immunomicroscopy, Flow Cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other assays requiring absence of F(c) mediated binding. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
