Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgG, Human IgG F(c) and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), Human IgG F(ab) or Bovine, Horse, Mouse and Rat Serum Proteins.

Usage
Immunoblotting, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Sodium Azide
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 1 mL of deionized water.
Storage
Store lyophilized at 4°C. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at 20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
