Recognizes human IgG F (ab')2. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-goat serum, human IgG, human IgG F (ab')2 and human serum. Does not cross-react with human IgG F(c).

Usage
Suitable for Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:30000-1:150000. Assayed against 1 ug of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
