Anti-Human IgG F(ab')2 fragment antibody was produced by repeated immunization with Human IgG F(ab')2 fragment in goat.
Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgG, Human IgG F(ab’)2 and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), Human IgG F(c) or Bovine, Horse, Mouse and Rat Serum Proteins.

Usage
Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
Presentation
Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Gentamicin. Do NOT add Sodium Azide
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 500 µL of deionized water.
Storage
Store lyophilized at 4°C. Following resuspension aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles and dilute immediately before use.
