Anti-Human IgA alpha heavy chain antibody was produced by repeated immunization with Human IgA alpha heavy chain in goat.
Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-goat serum, human IgA and human serum. No reaction was observed against other human heavy or light chain proteins.

Usage
Immunoblotting, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lot consistency. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
