Human IgG, IgA, and IgM whole molecules.
Specificity
Recognizes Human IgG, IgA and IgM (all Human immunoglobulin subclasses and chain combinations). Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-rhodamine and anti-goat serum. No reaction was detected against anti-goat IgG F(c), anti-pepsin or other human serum proteins.

Usage
Suitable for use in Immunomicroscopy, Flow Cytometry and FACS. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
