Specificity
Recognizes Human IgG, IgA and IgM (HalphaL), (all Human immunoglobulin classes, isotypes and chain combinations). Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase and anti-goat serum. No reaction was detected against anti-goat IgG F(c), or mouse serum proteins.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:2000-1:8000 using ABTS as a substrate for 30 min at RT. Western Blot:1:1000-1:10000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500.
