Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Horse IgG, Horse IgG F(c) and Horse Serum. No reaction was observed against Horse IgGF (ab')2.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy. ELISA (standard capture): 1:40000-1:130000, 1.0 ug of Horse IgG using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
