Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Armenian/Golden Syrian Hamster IgG and Armenian/Golden Syrian Hamster Serum. No reaction was observed against Mouse or Rat Serum Proteins.

Usage
Immunoblotting, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, and immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates and requiring lot-to-lot consistency. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
