Immunohistochemistry Services

Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

TCR Screening Services

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

GST / Glutathione S-Transferase Antibody - Goat anti GST antibody was used to detect GST under reducing and non-reducing conditions. Reduced samples of purified GST contained 4% BME and were boiled for 5 minutes. For blot on the left, samples of ~1 and 0.25 ug of protein per lane were run by SDS-PAGE. Protein was transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with Goat anti GST (1:5K in MB-0070, overnight 4°C). Primary antibody was detected with Dylight 649 conjugated Donkey anti Goat (605-743-125 lot 20834 1:10K 1.5 hr RT in MB-070) and imaged on the BioRad VersaDoc imaging system. Blot on right shows a repeat western blot with the same samples (~1 ug per lane, reduced ® and non-reduced (NR) probed 1:1000 dilution of primary antibody and detection using Dylight 549 conjugated Donkey anti goat (605-742-125 lot 21096 1:10K 1.5 hr RT in MB-070)
