Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Dog IgG and Dog Serum.

Immunoblotting, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lot consistency. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Dog IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 20000 to 1:60000 is suggested for this product. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Sodium Azide

Reconstitute in 1 mL of deionized water.

Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration. Product is stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid for several weeks. For extended storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
