Usage
The affinity purified antibodies react only, IgY and not IgM or IgA chicken immunoglobulins by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques. In a sandwich ELISA against 1 ug/ml chicken IgY as sample, conjugate diluted 1:30,000 produced an O.D.=1.0 in a 15 minute reaction, TMB as substrate. Other applications should be user optimized.
